Name the problem in one sentence
Try “I need a care routine I can follow in a shared bathroom,” or “I need a manufacturer that sells the correct replacement charging cable.” Describe an observable requirement. “Something better” does not tell you what information to look for.
If the problem is damage, use the stop-using guide first. If it is pain or another health concern, seek appropriate care before treating it as a shopping question.
Separate requirements from preferences
Requirements might include a readable manual before purchase, a stated material, clear water-exposure instructions or support in your location. Preferences might include colour, a storage case or the style of the controls.
Mark anything the seller does not explain as “unknown.” A photograph and phrases such as “premium” or “body-safe” do not replace the actual material specification, care instructions or evidence behind a claim.
Check the seller as well as the product
Read the warranty, returns policy, shipping arrangements and support contact before paying. Check restrictions on returns for opened intimate products. Do not assume a general returns headline applies to every item.
For an app-connected product, read the privacy policy and check whether an account is required, which permissions the app uses and whether the product works without the app. Ask the maker about anything that is unclear.
